In keeping with the Government of Saint Lucia’s philosophy of one university graduate per household, the Department of Education, Innovation and Vocational Training has launched the University Programme for Advancing Student Success (UNI PASS) Initiative.
The UNIPASS initiative seeks to offer a one-time subvention to students who require additional funding to meet costs associated with their university studies leading to a Bachelor’s Degree.
The objectives of the UNI PASS Grant are to:
- Lower the cost to the student, for the attainment of a university education
- Increase the number of students who can independently access tertiary level education
- Ease the financial burden placed on students attending university

The deadline for submission of applications is no later than Friday, August 30, 2024.
