Registration Now Open – Government of Saint Lucia’s National Authentication Framework (NAF)

The Government of St. Lucia, through the Department of Public Sector Mobilization, marked the initial soft launch of the National Authentication Framework NAF, on Thursday, November 6th, marking a milestone in the island’s digital transformation drive.

The NAF is an identity management system designed to strengthen and streamline access to government services through the digiGov platform.

The National Authentication Framework (NAF) is the Government’s official Unique Identity Management System, designed to securely identify, authenticate, and validate users for seamless access to government online services.

By registering for a NAF ID, you gain access to a secure, trusted, and convenient way to interact with government services, today and into the future.

Why Register for a NAF ID?

With your NAF digital identity, you benefit from:

  • Strong Authentication: One secure login for multiple government services.
  • Convenience: Quick and easy access to essential public services anytime, anywhere.
  • Enhanced Security: Advanced protection against identity theft and unauthorized access.
  • Efficiency: Less paperwork, faster processing, and reduced cost and effort.
  • Trusted Online Identity: A government-verified digital identity that strengthens confidence in online services.

NAF Empowers Saint Lucia’s Digital Citizen Vision: As part of the Government’s Public Sector Modernization and Secure Digital Transformation agenda, the NAF enhances.

  • Service efficiency
  • Transparency and accountability
  • Secure, lawful data sharing across government systems

Your NAF ID enables safe access to the digiGov platform and will support future digital government services.

Who Can Register?

During this phase, citizens and legal residents of Saint Lucia are eligible to register for a NAF account via the digiGov platform.

Once fully implemented, the framework will simplify user verification and enable citizens and stakeholders to securely access multiple government services through a single sign-on process.
