Prime Minister Hon. Philip J. Pierre will be the distinguished guest speaker, at this year’s event. While in Toronto, the Prime Minister will engage with officials of the Consulate General of Saint Lucia in Toronto, review the work of the Mission, and hold exchanges with officials of the Saint Lucia-Toronto Association, and the members of the Saint Lucian community in Toronto
