The Organization of American States (OAS) is offering a 2024 Regional Film Development Lab targeting filmmakers from CARICOM member states of the OAS.

The program will involve approximately (36) contact hours divided into collective master classes and individual (15) project coaching online, to be delivered by leading film developer from Ecuador, Mr. Paul Venegas.

Program commences September 10^th, and October 25^th, 2024, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Washington DC time (5:00pm – 7:30pm Jamaica time)
