As we, at the Saint Lucia Diaspora Affairs Unit endeavor to strengthen, broaden and deepen our connection with you, fellow Saint Lucians in the Diaspora, let me thank you for continually providing support to our nationals at home and abroad, and for being there for our Nation, particularly in times of challenge and hardship. Over the years you have been a pillar of strength to our Country.

Your contributions are indeed welcomed and appreciated, as they meaningfully enhance our country’s advancement, social development, and economic growth. Your many remittances, investment pursuits, and family support have effectively contributed to improved living standards, better access to medical and educational services, and general socioeconomic stability at home. For this, we are most thankful.

We, however, look forward to engaging you more enthusiastically, in the pursuit of our mutual development, as the more advanced you are, the more formidable we can become as a Nation. Our ultimate aim is to have you as involved in our national development, as anyone resident at home. So, let’s come together, and share our experience, knowledge, and skills, for the betterment of our Country, and ourselves.
