Consul General Henry Mangal attended the Consular Corps Association of Toronto’s Annual Gala, which was held on Saturday, 22nd October 2022.
Many countries were represented at the event, including members of the Caribbean Consular Corps and members of the Canadian Government.
The Consular Corps Association of Toronto (CCAT) comprises about 107 Consulates and Honorary Consulates in varying sizes, including small island states like Saint Lucia, Barbados and Grenada, to name a few.
