The Honourable Alva Romanus Baptiste, Minister of External Affairs, International Trade, Civil Aviation and Diaspora Affairs met with The Hon. Arnoldo André-Tinoco, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship, of Costa Rica, on October 05th, 2022, on the margins of the 52nd Regular Session of the OAS General Assembly, during which issues of mutual interest were addressed.
Commitment was made to deepen the bilateral relationship between Saint Lucia and Costa Rica.
