We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who braved the weather, to celebrate Saint Lucia’s 46th Anniversary of Independence Flag Raising Ceremony, which was held on Saturday, 22nd February 2025, at Ottawa City Hall, at 12:00 noon.
