The Union of Saint Lucian Overseas Association’s (USLOA) “2023 Biennial Conference” was held in Calgary, Alberta, from 23rd – 27th July 2023.
Consul General Henry Mangal, an esteemed leader in International Relations, Diplomacy and Policymaking was honoured to be representing the Government of Saint Lucia, at this year’s Conference.
He presented on “THE DIASPORA AND SAINT LUCIA’S DEVELOPMENT” Policies, Programmes and Practical Implementation”.
