Visitors Extension of Stay

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN EXTENSION OF STAY IN SAINT LUCIA

First Time Applicants Requirements:

  • One (1) Passport Photograph (Size: 2 inches x 1.5 inches)
  • A Valid passport
  • A Valid Return Ticket (Property Holders and Persons with Saint Lucia parentage are exempt from requirement)
  • A Host (with a valid National identification card/Saint Lucia Passport or relevant documents)
  • A rental payment receipt (if renting apartment, villa etc.)

Returning Applicants Requirements:

  • A Valid passport
  • A Valid Return Ticket, if previous ticket is expired

Applicants with Saint Lucia Parentage:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Parent (s) Birth Certificate (s)
  • Parent (s) a valid National identification card/Saint Lucia Passport

Married Applicants (with Saint Lucian Spouse):

  • Marriage Certificate (if married to a Saint Lucian national)
  • Spouse’s Birth Certificate
  • Spouse’s valid National identification card/Saint Lucia Passport

Applicants who own Property in Saint Lucia:

  • Deed of Sale
  • Land Registration/License
  • Notice of Appointment of Directors (if in the form of a company)

Applicants who are Yachts’ Crew:

  • Yacht’s Registration Certificate
  • Yacht’s Declaration Form

Applicable Fees

  • Extension Application Form Cost: XCD$2.00
  • Extension Application Fee: XCD$200 per thirty days
  • Extension of Stay Operation Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • Processing time: 5 working days

If foreign spouse is a male, the fee must be paid, however if foreign spouse is a female, the fee is waived.
